Isn’t that Heidelberg built to print from a very large surface area of raised stuff (foundry and/or machine-set type and image blocks that are type-high), and not a lithographic printing press?1 -

AFAIK, German copyright law does not apply to typefaces’ visual appearances. Typefaces can be registered with the patent office for a design patent (and they are), but this only lasts for a limited t…4 -
